Broadway Nails imPRESS Manicure Review
I recieved the College Voxbox 2012 from Influenster, which inclueded the Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-on Manicure. When I first received my voxbox, I loved the packaging for this product. I got the lace print, and I wasn't crazy about how girly it was (butterflies and all) but it ended up looking much cuter on than it did in the package. And I love that Broadway Nails and their parent company are cruelty free!!! The biggest problem I had was that I have very small fingers and therefore very small nails, which I like to keep very short. I ended up trimming down the nails a LOT, which isn't that big of a deal. I used a toenail clipper so the nails wouldn't crack and it worked fine. The pictures seen on this post were taken before I trimmed them, I forgot to take another after. It took a while to find the right sizes for my fingers and even though I was using the smallest sizes possible I believe they still ended up being too big (mostly to wide), and so my first nail fell off about an hour after putting them on. Most of my others stayed on for at least the next day and a half. After a couple of days, when they were all falling off, I ended up purchasing some nail glue and gluing them on because I really liked the look. I got compliments on them from everyone who noticed them, even my guy friend who never notices anything! They took forever to remove with the glue probably because the glue was stuck to the sticky stuff already on there, making it an invincible bonding product. Overall, cute product, but didn't work great for me, and definitely didn't last as long as it was supposed to.
